As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for various roles in the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the hiring process end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, accompanying candidates and interviewing.
• Managing candidates’ pipeline, working with 3rd party and social media to ensure candidates’ pipeline.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their goals and needs.
• Focus on providing a great candidate experience.
• Managing recruitment projects, such as Linkedin parties, student fairs and referral program.

• At least 3-4 years of experience with technical recruitment. Recruitment for Hardware positions – an advantage.
• At least 2 years recruiting inhouse in a tech company.
• Sourcing knowledge and experience.
• Desire to work in a dynamic environment.
• Creative, friendly, and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive with a can-do approach.
• Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
