Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Fremont, CA is $162,100.00-308,000.00 per year and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Define technical account engagement plans and campaigns necessary to achieve the results. Lead and manage the account campaigns for the specific product lines. Ensure the understanding of all elements of any technical campaign – decision process, success criteria, committed usage upon success, run rate impact, AE resources required and solving the customer’s problem. Establish regular meetings with specific customer management to support successful campaigns. Align with account team on business opportunities and build up the engagement tracking mechanism to ensure ability to summarize data and communicate progress vs plan across multiple accounts effectively. Define, track and report the priorities for all engagements at every stage and communicate closely with technical management helping to prioritize engagements and short vs. long-term objectives. Build customer relationships to enable establishment of strategic relationships for in product / technology. Serve as the key field resource to summarize competitive threats and opportunities. Collect and communicate customer feedback, competitive information, and general field intelligence with the goal of aligning product direction and roadmaps to the customer needs within the territory.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Systems Account Technology-related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

– PCB design and analysis including Altium, Xpedition, Valor, and Hyperlynx

– Technical Sales skills, including experience with discussing technical PCB design with engineers and engineering management

– Target Account Selling or similar strategic sales approach

– Driving sales campaigns that include coordinating cross functional teams in business development, application engineering, R&D development, and technical services

30% domestic travel required. Telecommuting may be permissible pursuant to company policy. [HYBRID role]
