- Building a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
- Qualifying and closing business to meet with sales target
- Winning new logos and gain market segment share in new accounts
- Fortressing & growing market share in existing accounts
- Bachelor or above degree in Electronics, CS, Applied Math, Physics etc. related majors
- At least 5-8 years technical sales experience, especially CAE/CAD/EDA software sales or project-driven sales preferred;
- Enterprise and geography sales experience in Automotive, 5G/RF, hyperscale, HPC/computing, industrial/IoT etc technology area.
- Deep understanding of engineering analysis and technology, knowledge in electronic design chain, system design and related ecosystem is preferred
- Consistent over-achiever, Self-motivated
- Good in communication and presentation
- Could communicate in English as working language
- Frequent travel required.
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within clients
- Examining Market and proactively generating new opportunities
