The Supplier Quality Engineer will work with suppliers on improving and maintaining their quality against Keysight specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with suppliers to develop sourcing processes and systems necessary to make high precision optical (interferometer) products. Provide technical resource for non-conforming materials and outsourcing.

BS or MS in Engineering, Industrial or Mechanical

Skills:

• Read drawings with GD&T specifications
• Troubleshoot inspection challenges
• Supplier Root Cause Analysis
• Leadership skills to guide, direct, and provide action necessary with suppliers, process engineers, design engineers, and metrologists
• Advanced experience with MS Excel.  Minitab preferred
• Familiarity with quality control tools
• Familiarity with quality management and planning tools
• Familiarity with statistical tools and capability analysis
• Ability to work on teams and motivate team members to address quality issues.
