What you will learn: 

• Perform analysis of business unit revenue forecast, actuals and trend. Participate in ad-hoc analysis requested by business partners
• Track global headcount related activities such as hiring, attritions and transfers, etc.
• Analyze expense impact of headcount movements and support the headcount related spending forecast
• Develop a trended report for BU headcount and expense, by region and by category
• Perform analysis of business unit P&Ls and various margins 

Skill Requirements: 

• Knowledge of Business Finance
• Knowledge of basic financial accounting
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

Education Requirements:
– Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters or Program pursuing Economics or Business
