Here’s your opportunity to be part of an exciting team focused on making Intel the industry leader, driving disruptive computing changes to expand markets, and continuing growth for Intel. As an Automation Student Worker your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Ensure the testability and quality of automation coding from the exploring stage through production deployment.
  • Make significant contributions to the design, development, and validation of tests automation and debugging of complex automation methods
  • Develops and debugs complex software automation programs to convert manual validations into automated tests.
  • Analyzes and evaluates automation frameworks vs validation test execution flow automation possibilities.
  • Analyzes early customer needs with an emphasis on automating manual processes.
  • Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints
  • Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment

The candidates should be 1 year of the University’s graduation in Software Engineering or Computer Science.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork classes and project work internships and or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidates should be 1 year (or more) away from University’s graduation in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of computer and system architecture concepts
  • Knowledge of Software version control/Workflow, such as Github.
  • Experience in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, C#, etc.
  • Experience in Scripts programming such as batch, bash, TCL, Python, etc.
  • Intermediate English level

Experience in the following areas will be considered a plus:

  • Knowledge of Testing Methodologies.
  • Knowledge in Agile Methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and planning, and scheduling tools such as Jira.
  • Test content development generation and validation.
  • Good understanding and experience in python and automation tools like Jenkins.
  • Experience in software CI/CD environments
