Sr. WW Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager

Alphawave SEMI is looking for a Worldwide Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager, who will use his/her knowledge to develop, support, and optimize shipping and warehousing infrastructure. You will use your trade compliance experience to develop and administer import and export processes and controls.

What You Will Do

• Develop and manage worldwide shipping logistics services to meet growing demand for our products.
• Develop and administer trade compliance processes.
• Assist in determination of ECCN, HTS, and other classification requests to ensure clearance for any country that applies.
• Provide shipping and compliance rules to ensure customers needs are timely met.
• Maintain compliance with regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of products.
• Work closely with external freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Be the point of logistics inquiries and resolve shipment and receiving issues as they arise.
• Assist in the selection and negotiations with 3PL and carrier service providers to ensure efficient, timely, and least expensive movement of goods and material.

What You’ll Need

• BS, MS, MBA in Business, Operations, or related area.
• Semiconductor experience preferred
• At least 5 years experience in global logistics and trade compliance areas.
• Experience with EEI, EAR, Denied Parties List, INCO, C-TPAT
