Sr. Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated engineer for our circuit simulation suite Spectre-XPS (Fastspice) Product line. The engineer is expected to focus on improving Fastspice Parasitic reduction, Power net recognition and optimization, new circuit partition techniques based on different topology, and novel numerical algorithms for further acceleration.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate must be proficient in C/C++ software development on Linux, possess extensive knowledge of circuit and waveform databases, can analyze difficult problems with functional, performance or capacity issues and understand the custom IC design and verification practices. Candidates must have a proven ability to learn from and work with an engineering and cross-functional team to deliver innovative technologies in a production environment. Required education for this role is a MS/BS in CS/EE plus 8 years of experience in C/C++ and EDA experience.
