Job Summary:

We’re looking for a marketing wizard who can track, analyze, and influence improvements to solution marketing campaigns; assessing the performance of assets and initiatives to help drive market awareness and adoption of our solutions within key verticals. You will be responsible for driving marketing and advertising decision-making through a mix of quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback from customers and prospects as well as internal sales enablement teams. You will also be tasked with gathering market research and segment-specific requirements to help drive new capabilities and solutions.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in B2B marketing in a large enterprise, preferably marketing to product manufacturers. Join our team of passionate and hard-working associates. What You Will Do:

• Your career growth in a dynamic marketing department at an expanding company
• Tracking of ongoing corporate lead-gen and awareness campaign initiatives and asset adoption by regional marketing teams
• Creation, tracking and optimization of digital advertisements including display, social media, native, search, video, and email marketing
• Identify opportunities to ‘atomize’ content, repurposing top performing collateral across multiple channels and formats
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and guide campaign strategy related to key industry segments
• Contributing to or help refine industry-specific buyer personas based on analytics and market research
• Aide in building relevant content for industry inbound and outbound marketing activities
• Collaborating with sales enablement groups and/or sales operations on marketing funnel handoff processes
• Product and solution revenue performance and growth (vs. target) for industry/segment
• Demand waterfall metrics within key industries
• Regional adoption of corporate campaign materials

 

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or a technology field
• Master’s degree/MBA a plus
• Experience with creation, deployment and tracking of digital ads
• Knowledge of web analytics using HubSpot and/or Google Analytics
• Solution marketing expertise/fluency preferred
• Prior experience with engineering software, including Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD), Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) a plus
• Previous sales enablement and/or channel marketing experience a plus
• Able to use a data-driven approach to optimize ad spends and develop demand-gen and awareness-building strategies
• Precise communicator with strong written communication skills
• Presentation building skills

• Can work across business units to connect with sales resources, global regional marketing, customer success and product management
