Software Developer- ML/C

Must have skills:

• Strong C/C++, Python programming language expertise
• Production ready and open source ready S/W development
• Ability to create pipelines that include multiple programming languages (e.g. C++ and Python)
• Experience with a version control system (e.g. github)
• Ability to work on Linux based operating system.

Good to have expertise:

• Deep Learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch)
• Python libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Cloud and containerization: Docker, Jupyter, conda, AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
• Parallelization Frameworks: Apache Spark, DASK, etc.
• Computational Biology pipelines (e.g. secondary analysis, single cell analysis, protein folding, etc.)
• Deep Graph Library (DGL), PyTorch Geometric (PyG)
• Workload characterization and performance profiling
