Senior Test Engineer

As a Sr Staff Test Engineer, you will be joining a SoC test development team working on custom ASIC designs. You will work on all stages of testing – from DFT development, designing test hardware including loadboards and probecards, yield enhancements, ATE vector creation and debugging, to transferring to high volume production in Asia.

Responsibilities

Work with DFT and product engineering team members to develop production test solutions.

Develop test methods and generate/convert test vectors to support production and characterization test on Advantest 93000 (Smartscale).

Work with planning and product engineers to support customer sampling requirements.

Develop production-worthy high-speed ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) hardware for FT and CP.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

8+ years of proven hands-on experience on IC test development using Advantest 93000.
Excellent C/C++ skills.

Understanding of mixed signal ICs.

Ability to independently lead the test-development efforts within the organization.

Technical savvy with outstanding communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Good understanding of characterization techniques and test development fundamentals.
