Senior Training Specialist

Description

• Design, implement, and facilitate high impact training courses and programs
• Plan training schedule and resources
• Manage and leverage external training resources to fulfill internal learning needs
• Ensure the effectiveness of training follow-up proces

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above and major in Human Resource, Psychology, MBA, or other related fields
• Strong capability in training and development domains
• Good analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Prefer to have well-developed coaching or facilitation skills
