- Design, implement, and facilitate high impact training courses and programs
- Plan training schedule and resources
- Manage and leverage external training resources to fulfill internal learning needs
- Ensure the effectiveness of training follow-up proces
- Master’s degree or above and major in Human Resource, Psychology, MBA, or other related fields
- Strong capability in training and development domains
- Good analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Prefer to have well-developed coaching or facilitation skills
