At Arteris, we support the engineering and design teams of the world’s most innovative companies in connecting and integrating the system-on-chip (SoC) technologies that power today’s and tomorrow’s electronics.

If you’ve used a smartphone, driven an electric car, or turned on a smart TV, chances are you’ve interacted with a technology we’ve helped enable. And if it’s not in your hands, it might be flying overhead in a drone, orbiting in a satellite, or running in the cloud.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for preparing, planning, coordinating, and leading strategic engineering projects. You’ll play a central role in a technically demanding environment and contribute across all project phases — from architecture and development to verification.

You’ll join a passionate and experienced team within a human-sized company, with a strong collaborative culture and a vision rooted in innovation.

  • Change management (using Jira)
  • Configuration management (GIT CI/CD)
  • Version control (ensuring availability and quality of all deliverables, OTD/OQD)
  • Analyzing and debugging automated test results and monitoring test coverage (UT, IT, UAT)
  • Developing CI/CD automation (Jama, Jira, Jenkins, GIT, internal testing tools)

Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor design or software/EDA project management
  • Hands-on understanding of semiconductor design processes and methodologies
  • Strong expertise in agile software development processes and practices
  • Advanced skills with software development tools (Jira, Git, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Solid debugging techniques and experience solving complex technical problems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in test strategy design and development is a plus (especially in hardware verification: SV/UVM)
  • Python scripting experience is an advantage
  • A structured work style and high standards for personal and team quality
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and colleagues
  • Curious, autonomous, rigorous, and delivery-focused, with a strong commitment to quality
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Creative approach to solving complex problems

Education Requirements
