– Responsible for providing a full-function HR support on policies & procedures of related HR domains, including recruiting, staffing, compensation & benefit, development, and employee relationship.
– Facilitate HR annual programs and activities to ensure the execution is aligned with program purposes and objectives.
– Support managers on assigned HR projects for HR solution implementation.
– Conduct document control, including legal document support.



– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity to dig further for root cause and provide solutions with real impact.
– Demonstrate ability to prioritize and multitask effectively while addressing day-to-day responsibilities.
–  Fluent in Japanese (Native or Business level: N1 or above)
–  Business level English in both speaking and writing
–  5+ years of experiences in areas of general HR function
–  Bachelor’s degree or above in HRM or related domains
–  General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in Japan
–  Proficient in Microsoft applications
– Knowledge and experience in HR Information Systems is a plus
– Experience in manufacturing / fab related industry is a plus
