  • Lead compensation management team to initiate, plan, and execute Taiwan total compensation related projects and process to ensure Total Compensation competitiveness for talent attraction and retention.
  • Strong total reward knowledge, good leadership and communication skills


  • Total reward planning & implementation in HQ of global company and with at least 5 years of management experiences.
  • Capable to probe potential concerns, integrate multiple inputs & processes and develop solutions to enhance effectiveness.
  • Ability to learn HR domains, processes, PMP, and systems to generate insights, solutions, and recommendations.
  • Willing to take initiative and follow-through to deliver quality results with strong attention to details.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English/Mandarin.
