Your Job:

• Provide creative solutions to complex business problems while leveraging industry best practices. Using database queries and designing interface requirements are critical expertise to success with this position
• Provide production support to the existing Demand applications/ reports/ need from business including some of the customer facing reports.

• Support the Solution Architect during deployment workshops as an active participant to help customers achieve immediate value from their investment.

Other Responsibilities: 

• Performs business analyst role in any enquiries/enhancement requests in the Demand Planning and Demand Management areas.
• Work closely with Solution Architect and rest of team to develop a business process design that leverages existing systems/reporting platforms to fulfil internal/external customer need.
• Perform system analyst role in performing data analysis between touch points, root cause analysis on any gaps/issues, design, develop & validate the reports using PowerBI reporting platform.
• Perform all activities in a safe & responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
• Configure the Kinaxis-RapidResponse interface according to Global Foundries distinct needs as defined within the agile user stories and blueprint designs.
• Provide high levels of customer service while gaining confidence by demonstrating full understanding of business requirements matched against RapidResponse® capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Education a post-secondary degree in data analytics or Information technology or Supply Chain
• Experience – Bachelor 2 to 4 years, Masters 1 to 2 Years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production planning, demand management, and/or business software consulting
• Kinaxis RapidResponse certification in the role of Contributor, Author, or Admin
• Detailed knowledge of Kinaxis functional supply chain solutions such as Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Aggregated Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, and managing planning activities with distributors and contract manufacturers
• Demonstrated experience in software consulting, implementation or development projects
• Experience working with relational databases, Javascript, and database query tools
• Understanding the solution development life cycle, including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deployment
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and customer relationship skills
• Travel – (15% of travel required)
• Language Fluency – English

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Minimum 3 years of driving business improvement through supply chain process optimization
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology definition, selection, implementation, and continuous improvement to enable performance optimization
• Minimum 2 years of project management
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Agile Scrum Master and/or Product Owner training/experience
• Expertise in Supply Chain and Demand Planning
