Salesforce Solution Architect

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities and functionality
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Salesforce.com solutions; Write clean code and produce clear, supporting documentation
• Create and maintain Visualforce pages, custom objects, and validation and workflow rules
• Integrate with third party tools as needed
• Map, migrate and integrate data into new solutions and in-house proprietary systems
• Stay current with the Salesforce releases and leverage updates applicable to the organization
• Be part of a fast-paced team and participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of enterprise-level Salesforce projects
• Handle some basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
• Complete regular system audits, maintain necessary backups, and prepare for future upgrades
• Responsible for onboarding new associates to the platform and regular training for new features/functionality

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Development.
• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing solutions on Salesforce platform as a developer.
• Experience with Apex controllers, Extensions, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web component, XML, JavaScript, JSON.
• Extensive experience integrating salesforce with external applications.
• Certified Salesforce.com Platform Developer and Salesforce.com Administrator.
• Lightning Experience a must.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills required
• Excellent project management skills
• Customer service mentality, with excellent listening skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
• Strong data management abilities
• A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
• Comfortability with a fast-paced and often-changing business environment
