  • Your task includes the product fields of SIMATIC Safety Integrated and the distributed I/O SIMATIC ET 200 within the TIA Portal of the Business Unit Factory Automation 
  • Within this area of ​​responsibility, your focus will be on looking after our sales channels and customers 
  • You use this path to acquire the products and solutions from your area of ​​responsibility, making a lasting contribution to the development of the automation product and system business 
  • You are reliably responsible for market exploitation and the positioning of our portfolio on the German market and you approach new customers independently 
  • To do this, you use digital sales channels in your everyday sales, as well as personal contact with your customers and contact persons in sales  
  • You take on the market launch of new products in the field of ‘Safety Integrated’ and decentralized peripherals in a reliable and committed manner  
  • Furthermore, you will independently implement the measures agreed with our head office in the product fields  
  • In addition, you create and accompany technical concepts and support our sales team across all sales channels, particularly technically  
  • You carry out systematic analyzes of the market and competitive situation and develop strategies to increase market share  

Your profile. 

  • The basis of your career is a successfully completed technical degree  
  • Building on this, you have several years of experience in selling automation solutions in mechanical and plant engineering   
  • As a result, you already have good knowledge of Safety Integrated (functional safety for machines and systems) and decentralized peripherals 
  • Your knowledge of the SIMATIC controller and fieldbus systems complete this  
  • You are characterized by communication and presentation skills for reliable advice to customers and multipliers as well as a high degree of customer orientation  
  • In addition, you have the ability to conceptualize analytical and targeted solutions for our customers 
  • In addition, you score points with your reliable way of working as well as a high affinity and pronounced curiosity for digital topics and technologies   
  • You are also a committed personality who appreciates trusting and cooperative teamwork 
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany and very good knowledge of German and English round off your profile
