•Collaborate with customers, regional offices, and other internal groups to manage Advanced Package business project
•Contact window for customers regarding order booking, fulfillment, and related business operations
•Company’s internal business operation, including ordering, billing, shipping, and delivery logistics
•Continuously improving business flows, systems, and handling productivity

 

Qualifications

 

•Advanced Package or Backend CP/Assembly working experience in the field of planning, sales administration, or customer service.
•Customer-oriented mindset and good negotiation skills with internal/ external stakeholders.
•Working process and productivity flows/systems improvement
•Fluent in English, reference score: Global English score 500+ or equivalent TOEIC 785
•Detail-oriented in handling order and shipping related business operations with quality
•Stability and commitment
•Flexible to take overtime support while customers have urgent requests
•Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above
  •Major: International Trade, Commercial Business Management, IE or related fields
 
Preferred background:
Master’s degree or equivalent qualification, such as the training programs provided by International Trade Institute (ITI).
Preferred experience:
•Experienced in Advanced Packaging, Semiconductor Testing/Assembly related companies
•2 years+ in Semiconductors Sales Administration or Import/Export related working experience
