As the Resource Planner / Scheduler, you will:
- Resource Planning and Allocation:
- Collaborate and coordinate with offer engineering (AE), project managers (PM), engineering managers and lead engineers (LE) to understand resource requirements.
- Develop resource plans and schedules based on project scope, timelines, and priorities.
- Allocate resources appropriately, considering skills, availability, and workload balancing.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Schedule Development and Maintenance:
- Create project schedules, incorporating task dependencies, milestones, and deadlines.
- Continuously update and maintain schedules to reflect any changes or adjustments.
- Communicate schedule updates to relevant stakeholders and ensure alignment.
- Resource Forecasting and Capacity Planning:
- Analyze project demands and forecast resource needs based on historical data and future requirements.
- Conduct capacity planning to identify potential resource gaps or constraints.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to gather project information and requirements.
- Communicate resource plans, schedules, and changes to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Facilitate coordination between teams to resolve conflicts or issues related to resource availability.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor resource performance and adherence to schedules.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resource utilization, productivity, and efficiency.
- Identify trends or areas for improvement and provide recommendations to optimize resource management processes.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of Planning/Scheduling
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sieops/Salesforce, Microsoft Project
- Organizational and time management skills
- Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate with stakeholders
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude

- The pay range for this position is <$52,800 LOW – $71,400 HIGH>. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
