Salary Range $100-130k/Year
Must have experience in the Semiconductor/Electronic Components Space

Responsibilities
1.Grow company revenue to meet and exceed company annual operating plan
2.Manage customer accounts in assigned territory
3.Develop, manage and drive sales partners in assigned territory
Job Duties
Maintain and increase sales revenue in assigned territory
Maintain and increase customer base in assigned territory
Spearhead new business opportunities and support / grow existing business through expanding relationship with customers and sales partners, providing cost effective / value-adding solutions to customers and closing design wins
Recruit, train and drive sales representatives and distribution partners to grow revenue and mindshare
Work cross-functionally (with engineering, marketing, operations, quality and etc.) to meet company KPIs
Regularly visit assigned territory to meet with customers and sales partners to cultivate relationships and drive customer acquisition and design closure
Review booking-backlog and new business opportunity funnel with sales management and product management on a biweekly basisSkills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; excellent communication skills; excellent negotiation skills; experience with business development and customer account management; experience working with sales representatives and distribution sales; proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness and ability to travel two weeks per month
