Quality Management Representative

Requirements

• Ensure that the QMS is implemented and maintained throughout the organization
• Develop, implement and maintain quality management procedures in line with company and industry standards
• Communicate quality policies and objectives to all employees
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with the QMS
• Coordinate external audits with regulatory bodies and clients
• Ensure that customer complaints are handled in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that products meet customer requirements
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality management procedures
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the QMS
• Provide regular reports on the performance of the QMS to the management team

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role
• Experience in implementing and maintaining a quality management system
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
• Experience in aligning QMS to safety standards such as ISO 26262
• Experience in conducting internal and external audits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of computer software and tools for data analysis and reporting
