  • We develop innovative automation solutions for the production and logistics processes of our customers in the automotive industry.
  • With the responsibility for the overall project management, you hold all the strings for the realization of complete systems in the national and international environment in your hand.
  • In concrete terms, this means: As the general contractor, you are the first point of contact for our customers and, depending on the size of the project, take on the technical management of up to 30 employees.
  • Your team consists of internal and external staff: The electrotechnical part is mainly implemented by our own staff. For mechanical processing, we work closely with service partners.
  • You will coordinate the interfaces and be supported by your sub-project manager to ensure optimal interaction between the various departments.
  • In addition to the organization, you also take on planning tasks such as process optimization, method planning and calculation.
  • Finally, you are responsible for the allocation, management and monitoring of suppliers.
Your profile for “Making the future possible”.
  • You have a technical degree, eg mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, as well as many years of experience in project management with the corresponding project management certification
  • In addition, you have experience in plant construction, preferably in industrial logistics in the automotive industry.
  • You have an understanding of production and logistics processes and are familiar with steel construction, materials handling, storage, assembly, testing and automation technology as well as mechanics.
  • You have already led project teams and are open to business trips, which take up around 40% of your working time. You are mainly on the road regionally and also worldwide.
  • In addition, you score points with a high affinity and pronounced curiosity for digital technologies and innovations, your reliable way of working and a customer-friendly demeanor.
  • Business fluent German skills, both written and spoken, as well as very good knowledge of English round off your profile.
