To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

Project Management Engineer

As a Project Management Engineer, you will be a key player in supporting our Project Management Team. Your responsibilities include coordinating communication between stakeholders, monitoring project milestones, managing risks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-tech environments and are eager to work on one of Europe’s most ambitious semiconductor projects.

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Communication:

(1) Support the Project Management Team in daily operations.

(2) Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, teams, and project managers.

(3) Organize and lead internal project management meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items.

2. Interface & Risk Management:

(1) Monitor and document interfaces between General Contractors (GCs) and other project stakeholders.

(2) Identify potential conflicts early to prevent disruptions and maintain project schedules.

(3) Set up and maintain a risk register for high-priority items.

(4) Conduct risk review sessions and implement tailored mitigation strategies.

(5) Analyze key project milestones and risk factors to prevent budget overruns and timeline delays.

3. Operational & Ad Hoc Support:

(1) Provide hands-on support for facility management tasks as needed.

(2) Address critical project issues promptly to ensure on-time delivery.

(3) Collaborate with different departments to support cross-functional initiatives.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications and Education:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Must have experience:

2+ years of experience in project administration or related functions.

Language Skills:

Fluent in German and English

Professional Skills:

1. Technical knowledge in facilities engineering, infrastructure, or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.

2. Strong project coordination and risk management skills.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to create clear technical documentation.

Personal Attributes:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with engineers, stakeholders, and management.

2. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
