Siemens Grand Prairie is looking for a Production Process Supervisor for their manufacturing facility.

You will make an impact by:

• Ensure the production schedule by establishing priorities, assigning personnel to work areas, monitoring progress, making personnel and priority adjustments, resolving line constraint problems, and reporting results through shift production summaries.
• Identify digitalization opportunities to implement tools, such as Planning and Scheduling software, Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, Performance and Status Dashboards, and other connected tools.
• Drive efforts to ensure all production processes are strictly followed and manufacturing systems, such as SAP MRP System and Production MES are utilized correctly to improve product quality, maintain data integrity, and increase productivity.
• Analyze data from manufacturing systems to make reports and recommendations for all shifts.
• Provide strategic guidance to the Manufacturing and Engineering teams.
• Train Siemens personnel on the use of digital tools to improve production processes and document status.
• Coordinate with purchasing, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence.
• Improve safety for all personnel that work in and around the production lines.
• Identify and coordinate continuous improvement projects.
• Lead Annual Physical Inventory

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• B.S. or greater in an Engineering Discipline
• Completion of relevant projects to improve safety, quality, delivery reliability and cost in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing techniques
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis
• Able to interpret or learn to interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Leadership experience
• Time management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP or similar MRP system
• 1-2 years of supervisor experience

• The pay range for this position is $59,400 – $101,900. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
