What you will do for Russelectric:

As an Automatic Transfer Planner with the world’s most respected manufacturer of automatic transfer switches and power control systems, you will schedule orders for our assembly department. Your focus will be delivery reliability, asset management, and effective communication across the production area. Your work will help bring to market specialized equipment that makes the world a safer and more reliable place: think hospitals, data centers, utilities, mass transportation, and other aspects of life as we know it that need reliable power systems. You will provide solutions to the world’s growing need for dependable critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Machine shop and Fab shop manufacturing area’s and Develop schedules, monitor workload capacity and optimize production resources to ensure that customer expectations and internal financial goals are met.
  • Schedule, release, and distribute SAP production orders.
  • Facilitate production meetings as needed to ensure successful communication and execution to meet customer expectations.
  • Confirm assembly production orders in SAP.
  • Partner with purchasing, Sales, and Engineering to ensure that materials and product release packages are available as needed during the production process to meet shipping plan.
  • Maintain SAP accuracy.
  • Create shortage reports and drive them to completion.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel 5%
  • Previous experience or education in a fabrication facility.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suites, specifically an expert in Excel. (Vlookup and pivot tables)
  • Proficiency with SAP preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English required.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge in ERP systems.
  • Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
