Production Planner, I

Job Description

This role will work with Fulfillment and Inventory planner to accurately communicate scheduled ship dates for external customer orders, internal customer orders and reverse logistic orders.  Below are some of the key tasks and responsibilities for this role performed on a weekly or daily basis:

• Publish and maintain a daily backlog report
• Preform daily transactions to release inventory and schedule orders through MRP system
• Assist in managing fulfillment and shipment daily/weekly capacity
• Create and publish weekly backlog report with inventory analysis
• Track and communicate inventory risks for customer and internal orders
• Preform daily transactions to schedule repair systems shipment back to contract manufacturers.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with Inventory Planning/ Fulfillment/ Logistics.
• Ample knowledge of ERP processes and SAP knowledge a must.
• APICS certification a plus
• Clear understanding of ISO and SOX requirements.
• Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP Reporting.
• Communicates effortlessly and efficiently at all levels
• Ability to adapt quickly, problem solve and provide input on process and procedure enhancements.
• Demonstrates strong initiative and leads by example.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $52,000-$91,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
