Position Summary:
As a key member of Perforce’s Product Management team, you will help define and drive our Professional Services Product and Packaging vision, roadmap and go to market strategy. The successful candidate will be an engaged, entrepreneurial and interactive product visionary with the strong collaborative ability and be laser focused on solving key pains for our target market.

Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with executives, stakeholders and engineering teams to define and communicate an array of Professional Services Product Offerings. This is more than time and materials. Our customers need well-defined implementation and services packages aligned to their needs and the needs of their industry
- Clearly define target market/personas and pains we are solving
- Build product roadmap aligned with themes focused on solving the pains of the target market
- Work closely with the Professional Services team to collaborate on the timing, definition and priority of service products
- Apply analytical and creative abilities to define product vision and identify expansion and cross-sell market opportunities
- Perform market and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go to market, messaging, and field enablement
- Work closely with Marketing to generate outbound messaging that will guide the development of marketing collateral, white papers, presentations, and demo materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or product development leadership
- Proven track record as a product leader with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and develop cross-functional partnerships across Product, Marketing and Sales leadership
- Demonstrate hands-on experience and success in guiding successful product lifecycle processes
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the Professional Services industry
- Preferred experience with:
- Professional Services for enterprise software applications
- Gaming, Virtual Production, DevOps, Semiconductor development environments
