Product Manager – BU Filter & POI – M/F

In an innovative environment, we are looking for a Product Manager to design and lead the strategy for a portfolio of new products based on piezoelectric materials. A true Conductor, you manage the entire product life cycle in all its phases, from the genesis of the project to complete maturity: the customer’s needs are at the center of your concerns.

In collaboration with our Field Application Engineers, our Product Designers, our Innovation, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing teams, you translate the needs of our customers, you define and lead the associated road maps while ensuring a relevant quality-cost-deadline balance. .

Your vision of technological developments in our markets, your knowledge of piezoelectric materials, innovations in acoustic resonators and RF components, allow you to relate the properties of materials and thin layer structures with those of the final components and applications developed and thus initiate partnerships on innovative issues with our clients.

You combine a high level of vision in terms of project management, interpersonal dynamism and the ability to work closely with the various internal stakeholders. Recognized for your technical and relational leadership, you have a strategic vision of the issues and propose, with our Techno-managers, new axes on the technological level. You help bring creativity and agility to our organization.

As you can see, this role requires enthusiasm, technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for operational and financial results.

With Bac +5 training, you have significant experience of 8 to 10 years in the semiconductor industry and/or electro-acoustic RF components, in functions that require customer relations, expertise in project management, definition and management of road maps
and product life cycles. 

Your interpersonal skills and your technical skills, your mastery of English allow you to lead multidisciplinary teams cross-functionally. You are comfortable and agile with high-level international actors and actresses on innovative technical subjects and you enjoy reaching out to our customers. You know how to transform a customer request into a lasting partnership where each party will be convinced of the technological and economic interest in moving forward together.
