PFE internship – Optimization of cleaning-bonding manufacturing processes – reduction of water consumption

After an initial immersion in our clean rooms, you will then delve more deeply into the technical cleaning/bonding area. This will allow you to deepen your understanding of the manufacturing processes we use.

With a view to reducing the consumption of water used during this manufacturing stage, you will participate in the conduct of the DOE (Design of

Experiments) by following the initially planned plan. This will need to be adapted based on the results obtained. The manufacturing process and the equipment used will be levers on which you will work to limit the environmental impact of our industrial environment.

The implementation of the changes in production will be possible once the milestones have been passed and the summary of results has been drafted and validated by Stéphanie, your manager.

Finally, it will be necessary to communicate and train the different teams on the changes made during this stage of production. This project, linked to sustainable development, does not only concern our industry, we must know how to promote it!

At the final engineering school, you are looking for a final project to validate your diploma. You have an orientation and an appetite in the field of materials, microelectronics or physics-chemistry.

You know how to work in a team and your rigor will allow you to successfully carry out this project in favor of sustainable development.
