PFE Internship – Metrology Process Engineer

The MTBE process service (metrology and characterization) is made up of Engineers and Technicians, a young, dynamic team with multiple skills. This team is responsible for providing process support for metrology equipment (fine thickness measurement, micro/macro defectivity measurement, etc.) and also for characterization equipment (scanning electron microscope & ICPMS measurement, etc.) .

In a context of strong growth, we are opening a new factory this year. One of the objectives is to increase production capacities while maximizing the automation of manual actions.

In this context, your mission will be to industrialize a critical metrology step carried out on product. As this step is currently manual and tedious, the implementation of automatic defect detection metrology will respond to the demand for reduction of Non Value Added and improvement of customer quality.

You will be on the ground as close as possible to our clean room equipment and in close collaboration with the Process teams (technicians and operators).

Proactive, perseverant and dynamic, you will be one of the driving forces behind the project and collaborate with the production, maintenance and equipment supplier departments.

You are a student in the final year of an engineering or master’s degree with a specialty in materials, chemistry or processes, you are looking for an internship in a high-tech and avant-garde industrial context.

As a good communicator, you like interactions, the challenge of a production line, autonomy and responsibility. Your ability to take a step back and analyze are the tools that will allow you to successfully complete your mission.
