Partner Sales Manager
Join the CPE Team as a Partner Sales Manager where you will help our Partners and Clients to reach their potential! You will become the Partner Trusted Advisor by co-defining their Sales Strategy, Transformation and Development Plan in order to achieve sustainable sales and market share growth on 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio.
You will be in charge of the Partner Transformation & Development and instrumental in the transformation and enablement of the Partner (Platinum, Dual Partners or International Partners if assigned) to achieve the Sales Plan (On Premise and On the Cloud) based on TARGET initiatives (provisioning and operation).
Role & Responsibilities
Contact:
- You will be involved in the Strategic Development Plan of the Partner by co-designing the go-to-market strategy in order to support, guide and bring sales and client data insights to ensure its compliance with Dassault Systèmes’ growth strategy including 3Y Business / Transformation Plan
- Responsible for revenue sourcing and Marketing plan
Lead:
- Focus on leading activities to enable Partners to be successful with the Partner Rewards program for Customer Process Experience & Partner Alignment Program for Customer Role experience
- Share follow-up Partner development plan with Partner C-Level and connect Partner with Dassault Systèmes resources to support the key initiatives.
Value Delivery:
- Define & Implement Development Plan to generate growth based on Key Performance Indicators on a mid and long-term basis
Value Up:
- Review pipeline with the Partner to Plan actions to trigger Value Up activities on a quarterly basis for Customer Process and on weekly & monthly basis for Customer Roles
Deliverables:
- Quarterly rolling forecast based on the geo planning for Customer Process Experience, For Customer Roles Experience = Estimated Landing on weekly and monthly basis
Qualifications/Experience
- Previous experience in a Customer Process Experience environment, working with Partners and driving relationship, partnership and growth opportunities
- Proven experience of analyzing business plans, financial performance in a Sales environment and the ability to identify and forge new partnership opportunities
- Proven experience in delivering presentations to Partners or customers
- Demonstrate the ability and value of listening and communicating with Partners and senior leaders
- Articulate your proven negotiation skills and proven ability to work using your initiative
