Job Description:

Manages relevant contracts and suppliers to deliver high quality employee services within a site or subregion, including but not limited to Integrated Facilities Management IFM, transportation, cafeterias, and other building services.

Oversees day to day activities of contractors onsite and interfaces with customers ensuring services and assets are operated and maintained according to service level agreements.

Supervises projects that are executed through our contractors, whether funded and owned through our internal organization or external organizations.

Oversees campus/building maintenance services comprising areas such as roofs, walls, landscape, hardscape, pavements, faade cleaning, pest control, and building structural maintenance and upkeep programs through IFM supplier.

Represents relevant scope areas in infrastructure projects (i.e., from positioning to room acceptance).

Manages incident response and communications activities to avoid service interruptions.

Ensures the facility, procedures, and service programs maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and agency audits.

Performs regular audits of equipment, fixtures, and systems to ensure contractual needs are met and ensure consistency with global services standards.

Works closely with facility occupants ensuring proper maintenance and facility assets are appropriately provided and assigned.

Inspects building structures, performs analysis and forecasting and makes recommendations for repairs or renovations.

Monitors site operational budget and strives to maximize efficiency in all areas.

Develops and helps execute comprehensive change management strategy and communication plan relative to projects and services.

Partners with procurement organization to manage key performance indicators and supplier scorecard metrics.

Manages capital equipment/space renovation roadmaps per specific service type.

Acts as subject matter expert for green field, mergers, and/or acquisitions per service scope area.

Provides project management services around site services, including gathering requirements, conducting assessments, defining milestones, timelines, deliverables and quality standards.

The individual is also responsible for developing, implementing and continuously refreshing innovative food services and catering programs.

The job responsibilities include monitoring of hygiene standards, development and promotion of food concepts, engagement and management of vendors or in-house team, management of stakeholders and deal with satisfaction of end users.

The individual will utilize strategic thinking and independent leadership in program development and execution.

The candidate will need to possess the ability to solve problems and work with minimal direction.

This service will be accomplished through working with the Site Facility Management service provider Caf vendor, vendors and Stakeholders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Progressive Solutions:

Responsible for identifying, planning, and executing progressive, creative, And innovative solutions for the delivery of the best employee dining services.

Supplier Relationship:

Responsible for the ongoing development and partnership with Contracted supplier to drive program success. Supports the development of the Continuous improvement plan by partnering to deliver innovative solutions Develop/execute implementation plans. Leverage internal and external benchmarking, Key performance indicators, and other performance data to drive program improvement.

Customer Satisfaction:

The individual will interact daily with customers, is accountable for training, Coaching and motivating the staff while providing a customer-focused experience for the guests. Expected to be on the floor talking directly to customers about their preferences What they like/don’t like and addressing problems. Using information collected to make adjustments To plans for operating cafe. Drives improved customer satisfaction utilizing various tools including but not limited to surveys, focus groups, mystery shopping, user group analysis, etc.

Quality of Operations and Service Standards:

Identifies operational opportunities, ensures success to Operational goals and follow-up plans for each dining location and program. Directs and holds the Supplier accountable for those goals; Conducts quality assurance and sanitation reviews and gives direct feedback to the Supplier accountable for those goals; Ensures food, beverage, and program quality by conducting reviews for each location; conducts sanitation and facility reviews and Holds the Supplier accountable for performance to standards.

Marketing and Promotions:

Effectively identifies target audiences, marketing channels, and Marketing methods in partnership with the supplier. Drives the execution of marketing and promotion plans and measures the success therein. Ensure compliance to building operational BCP Business Continuity Plan programs, ensure periodic updates and as needed Performing regular audit of the standardized global services proactively with recommendations for actions and follow up with Integrated Facilities Management IFM supplier

Event Management:

Support all the site events as needed working with the facility management supplier. Participate and represent Intel in external agencies/authorities inspection and ensure compliance to observations and findings

The successful candidate should have:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in administration / commerce / Hotel management / other equivalent Diploma and/or degree from an accredited university.

Desirable:

those with Restaurant Management, Hospitality Business/Institutional Catering, or Culinary Management qualification. The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualification:

Basic knowledge of Local vernacular language is desired. Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail with ability to handle prioritize multiple deliverables at a time. Self-starter. Has a strong sense of initiative, and drive to understand the changing environment and relate it back to Intel. Demonstrated ability to interact and effectively present to stakeholders and cross functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, reading and understanding of engineering drawings and good knowledge in MS office applications
