Responsibilities

Keysight has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Tech Specialist in a brand-new, high-tech manufacturing facility that will allow Keysight to continue to deliver first-to-market solutions, while ensuring customer success in expanding and evolving technologies. This facility is being built from the ground up and the prospective candidate will have the opportunity to closely interact with new equipment and processes as they are being integrated and developed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to work nights on a compressed workweek following a weekly alternating 4×12 and 3×12 work schedule.
  • Operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor and System-in-Package (SiP) manufacturing processes.
  • Support NTI development by adapting to dynamic manufacturing requirements.
  • Support manufacturing needs with the ability to operate the complete equipment set, facilitated by advanced MES support.
  • Implementation of continuous improvement and lean principles to optimize workflow.
  • Keep track of supplies (i.e.: chemicals, gloves, PPE, labels, ext.) and order as needed.
  • Semiconductor and/or cleanroom manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary organization by communicating effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to ensure that manufacturing needs are met.
  • Must be able to assist coworkers with troubleshooting, answering general questions on processes, equipment uses and functions.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are being met and implemented daily.

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment is a must.
  • Semiconductor and/or cleanroom manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary organization by communicating effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to ensure that manufacturing needs are being met.
