• In a context of strong growth, with 24/7 production, Marie is looking for her future employee to join the store management team.
• In collaboration with the 2 shift supervisors, you coordinate the activity at the store independently on your schedule and manage the logistics agents, in compliance with the quality, safety and environmental rules in force.
• On a daily basis, this translates into the operational organization of activity in the field to meet the needs of our internal and external customers (reception, transfer for production units, shipping to customers for materials, spares and consumables).
• You participate in continuous improvement at the store in relation to numerous interfaces: logistics, transport, production, maintenance, IT, etc.
• Because you are a manager, you support, evaluate and develop the skills of your employees. You are responsible for compliance with quality/HSE rules within your teams.
• You can of course count on your colleagues, the two managers, to give you the keys to success!

• Holder of a technical Bac+2, you above all have the managerial fiber to create a team capable of meeting the challenges of Soitec’s activity.
• Of course, you will need to take charge and master the IT tools specific to our structure and understand the complexity of internal flows.
• You will appreciate the autonomy and responsibility given to this position.
• Your very good interpersonal skills, your sense of listening and your strong taste for local management will allow you to be recognized as a true leader!
