Junior Technical Project Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager who can drive, manage, motivate and inspire the technical project team to deliver our next IPs and ICs.

As a Project Manager you will work collaboratively with the engineers across the company, to proactively manage projects to ensure quality, on-spec, on-time delivery of products.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and tracking the project as well as management of issues/risks, dependencies, and project stakeholders, and liaising with external partners.

This is a challenging position and an opportunity to work within a highly qualified team. You will get the chance to work on one of the most exciting new semiconductor products and on the most advanced process nodes (from 180nm to 5nm and beyond).

Required skills and experience

• MS in Electrical Engineering/Electronics

• Good understanding of digital ASIC design flow from RTL to GDSII

• An excellent communicator

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Solid team player and leadership skills

• Good written and spoken English is mandatory

Desired skills and experience

• Experience in project management is desired but not mandatory. Possibility to train the right candidate who can demonstrate a high level of drive.

• Experience/Technical background in IC/IP design (RTL design, physical implementation, verification) is a plus

• Experience at IP level and IP integration at top level are a plus

• FPGAs architecture and FPGA software knowledge are a plus

• Programming experience in C/C++ or similar language is a plus
