Jr. SI Engineer

Description

1. Package/PCB model extraction.

2. SI/PI analysis and optimization for SoC-PKG-PCB co-design.

3. Providing PKG/PCB reference design and guideline.

Requirements

Education/License:

1. BS/MS in EE or related.

Working Experience:

1. SI/PI analysis experience.

2. PCB or package substrate development experience.

Professional Knowledge:

1. Electromagnetic engineering background.

2. Familiar with SI/PI tools (e.g. Ansys, Sigrity, KeysigntADS, etc.)

3. Familiar with circuit simulation tool (e.g. HSPICE, Spectre, etc.)

Other Special Requirement:

1. Good verbal and written communication in English.
