Work content
1. Be responsible for the daily maintenance of the client computers, network equipment and related application components to ensure the stable, safe and reliable operation of the system.
2. Be responsible for the Alchip US site, JP site IT daily support.
3. Be responsible for overseas project communication with customers, mainly but not limited to hybrid cloud technology docking, architecture determination, & etc.
4.Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
5. Assist the leader to improve the workflow and system of IT operation and maintenance.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by department leader.
Other conditions
1. Must be familiar with Amazon AWS, M365 applications, hybrid cloud technology.
2. Be familiar with the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of server hardware, Linux system and related application software.
3. Be familiar with the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of PC hardware, windows desktop system and related application software, master the basic configuration and maintenance technology of windows server.
4. Strong problem solving and analytic skills and attention to detail
5. Proficient in Windows/ Linux system daily maintenance and error solution.
6. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to make scripts shell/python, at least good at in one programming language.
