3. Strategic customer engagement and business planning
4. Advise management team of market potential, strategies, and customer positioning
Qualifications
1. MS or Ph.D. in EE, Physics or Material Science/Engineering
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in technology development or product engineering or IC design
3. Familiar with semiconductor market trend and opportunities
4. Ability to work and operate effectively across multi-organizations
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Fluent in English
