- Scripting – Perl/Tcl/Python knowledge is a plus.

Your Job
- Strong command on electronics basic concepts and applications
- Good understanding of logic gates, flip flops, latches, multiplexers, level shifters, digital logics etc
- Understanding of deep submicron device physics in order to account for these non-ideal effects during cell design and PDK performance analysis
- CMOS design of digital structures.
- CMOS design and layout design concepts (good understanding of lower node technologies is preferred)
- Prior knowledge of Standard cell is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability is required
- Low power and high-speed circuit design methodologies.
- Out of box and innovative thinking
- Industry standard flow methodology development experience is a certain plus.
- Works towards the innovation/ideas.
Required Qualifications:
- MS/M-Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or PhD (Electronics/Electrical/VLSI etc)
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
- Good interpersonal skill
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of deep submicron device physics
- Good circuit debugging skill in needed
- Skill, Perl, Tcl, Python Programming is a certain plus
- Out of box and innovative thinking
