What awaits you:

You look after our existing customers and identify, develop and open up new possibilities for our solutions there. It is also your responsibility to find new companies, generate leads and actively approach these interested parties with Altair’s solutions. Other tasks are

  • Conducting price and award negotiations, preparing offers and following up with customers
  • Working closely with Business Development Representatives to generate new customer business
  • Creation of sales forecasts and target achievement or exceeding of sales quotas
  • Implementation of sales and marketing campaigns in coordination with our marketing department
  • Documentation of sales activities in the CRM system

What do you bring with you:

  • First practical experience in sales, ideally of software solutions
  • Enjoy telephone contact with customers/prospects and proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • You can prioritize tasks and have good time management
  • You are customer-oriented and present our products with the aim of achieving the best solution for our customers
  • You appreciate teamwork, but you are not afraid to push topics yourself with a high level of initiative
  • Professional and confident appearance towards partners and customers
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
