Responsibilities:

  • An Inside Sale Representative’s primary objective is to increase sales revenue via outbound calls.
  • Partner with Advanta leaders and align on industries and specific companies to target.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to introduce Siemens Advanta’s services and value proposition to secure meetings for Advanta leaders.
  • Research assigned target accounts to gather intelligence and prepare for effective conversations.
  • Daily reach outs to cold contacts.
  • Setting up appointments with VP and C-level executives.
  • Providing updates on schedules.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and gather customer feedback.
  • Maintain a structured call log to track conversations, outcomes, and follow up actions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to their inquiries, and resolving issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in low-voltage switchgear technology.
  • Assist and support marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams to improve offerings.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience will be considered
  • 2 + years of experience with intent data B2B database and Go-to-market intelligence platforms
  • Ability to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency specific to persistence in cold calling new account targets
  • Proven ability to open doors and quickly build trust at the executive level at target clients
  • Creative thinking to apply new ideas spontaneously to overcome objections and barriers
  • Ability to research and quickly translate information into action
  • Works well on a team, and has gravitas and executive communications skills
  • Self-motivated and target driven

  • The pay range for this position is $60,000-$78,000 and the annual incentive target will be 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
