Your path will take you to Siemens in Bielefeld in the Smart Infrastructure department as an inside sales expert (f/m/d) in the quotation and calculation team. You make a valuable contribution to expanding our customer relationships in a sustainable and long-term manner.
- The focus of your work is on the one hand the independent creation of offers in the sales and service business for the technology of fire alarm systems, video management and access control systems, as well as the creation of software maintenance offers
- You will monitor deadlines, advise customers and sales representatives and support contract negotiations
- You are responsible for clarifying technical details, determining the scope of services and developing technical and economic solutions including alternative solutions and processing inquiries
- You are also responsible for obtaining third-party offers and creating the associated contract documents for all offers
- In addition, you track and check offers and their respective status with the customer or sales representative in the field, who you also provide with the most important information
- You clarify technical requirements independently with the sales representative in the field service
Your profile for “Making the future possible”.
- You have a technical degree (e.g. electrical engineering) with several years of relevant professional experience in safety engineering
- In addition, you have already gained technical and special knowledge, especially in the field of fire alarm systems
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in sales and are certified according to DIN 14675
- You are confident in dealing with the common MS Office applications and we are happy if you already have some knowledge of SAP
- In addition, you are an organizational talent and are characterized by a structured way of working and reliability
- Very good written and spoken German skills as well as basic English skills round off your profile
