We provide Digital Signal Processors, AI engines, wireless platforms, cryptography cores and complementary software for sensor fusion, audio, voice input, image enhancement, computer vision, and artificial intelligence. CEVA’s Serbian R&D team based in Belgrade develops HW AI and vision processors, including entire VLSI frontend development flow, tools and SW integration as well as developing Wireless connectivity solutions for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and UWB. Our wireless platforms are widely used and shipped in hundreds of millions chips every year.

As a Human Resources & Office manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth and success of CEVA’s Serbian-based team which includes over 30 team members in R&D positions. The Human Resource & office manager will run the daily functions of the office and of the Human Resource (HR) tasks including recruiting & onboarding employees, administering benefits and leave, employee relations topics, performance reviews, and enforcing company policies and practice.

Responsibilities:

Office management

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office and employee needs related to the building, and other company departments to ensure ongoing smooth operations.
  • Taking care of all reception responsibilities: Welcome guests, candidates, vendors, and other visitors at the office.
  • Managing office supply inventory working with various service providers and vendors.
  • Opening purchase orders in the system and performing supplier invoice control.

Recruitment:

  • supporting hiring processes in Comeet (recruiting system).
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  • Implementing staff development procedures.

General HR:

  • Maintain employee files and records.
  • Promote HR programs & attendance.
  • Assist in implementation of human resource & labor policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Organize team building and well-being activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR & office administration of at least 4-5 years.
  • Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of Serbian employment and labor laws.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with strong organization skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
