Comcores ApS in Lyngby is looking for a dynamic and business minded talent manager with a hands-on approach.

Comcores is an international high-tech company in the semi-conductor industry. We are growing and we have high ambitions. We are looking for a talent manager, who is ready to take the responsibility for the future HR setup and take the lead in hiring and retaining talent.

+40 employees are employed at Comcores, the majority at the headquarter in Lyngby, the rest in Katowice, Poland.

We see the position starting as part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow over time.

Job Content

You will take the lead and be responsible for all aspects of our talent management process (strategic and operational) in close cooperation with hiring managers.

We are a people-heavy business, where people are our strongest asset. You will have a central role to secure we can onboard the right talent at the right time to support our growth journey and thereby take the next steps in our scale-up.

You will participate in management meetings on ad-hoc basis to contribute with your people management skills and make sure management is updated on hiring status etc.

The role has a part-time student assistant to support daily tasks.

With focus to hire and retain staff the tasks will include:

  • Develop a professional search strategy and process including identification of a candidate-portfolio, which enables fast hiring when needs occur
  • Search for candidates for open positions within RTL, ASIC/FPGA/SW/ system engineers etc.
  • Have an effective way of working to secure that we also find the “needle in the haystack”, since our candidates are often not active on the job market
  • Support hiring managers in all phases of our search-process and professionalize the process further
  • Take care of full personnel related documentation and information lifecycle, including administration of employment contracts as well as update employee handbooks and guidelines
  • Coordinate and optimize key processes, such as onboarding and offboarding to ensure a great employee experience
  • Support employees and managers to navigate in external and internal HR related processes, regulations and systems
  • Ensure HR data quality in our systems
  • Drive the annual HR wheel including  support for preparation of annual cycles such as salary review and workplace evaluation
  • Strengthen our Employer Value Proposition
  • Organize social events
  • Various administrative tasks

The Preferred Candidate

The preferred candidate is enthusiastic and ambitious and can see him/her self in a smaller, but growing company where we join forces. The preferred candidate is not afraid of taking the needed responsibility for the tasks that appear and can see his/her responsibility and impact grow concurrently with the company’s success.

The preferred candidate is expected to have:

  • Back-ground in similar HR role, preferably in high-tech/semi-conductor industry
  • Flair for HR tools (we use Zenegy and ReQruiting)
  • Preferable some experience from an international company with more sites
  • Preferably experience working with SIRI (Styrelsen for International Rekruttering og Integration)
  • Knowledge with administrative processes, such as GDPR, Employee contracts and like
  • Knowledge about relevant labour market legislation
  • Consciousness about quality and deadlines
  • Can-do attitude to handle unexpected ad-hoc tasks
  • Speak and write English fluently
