Description
- Design and deliver designated programs and projects to refresh TSMC culture and enhance employees’ engagement through improving employee experiences
- Evaluate and ensure programs and projects to meet the designed goals
- Lead employee engagement and core value survey including preparation, communication, implementation, analysis, and follow-up
- Perform other duties assigned by the division head and managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Statistics, or the related domains and/or equivalent combination
- 6+ years HR experience including minimum 2 years “HR Generalist” experiences
- Previous experiences in leading and/or participating culture or engagement projects is a plus
- Proven experience in using data to identify strategic objectives
- Proven track record of project management from project initiation to completion
- With proactive, data-driven, and global approach mindset
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in English
