–  Support HR functions in rationalizing and simplify business processes; translating business requirements into IT specifications.
–  Manage and coordinate HR IT projects as well as the daily operations of HR IT applications.
–  Support HR functions to ensure the consistency, accuracy and validity of HR data quality, and data analysis

 

Qualifications

 

– Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multi-task while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Flexible for changes, quick learner, team player with high EQ.
– 2-5 years of experience in IT system development or management
– Familiar with SQL, Python, statistical software (e.g. SAS, JMP, R), and RPA applications
– Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors preferred
– Master’s degree or above in HRM or related domains
