The People and Culture team at Codasip operates within a well-structured framework designed to enhance the overall employee experience. We have specialists in all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Currently, we have one HR Business Partner (HRBP) and are actively looking for another to help us foster a positive workplace culture and support the company’s growth objectives.

At Codasip, the HR Business Partner is a key member of the HR team. You will collaborate with business leaders and employees worldwide to drive HR initiatives.

Codasip is a highly dynamic scale-up, with over 230 employees worldwide, focusing on processor core design and the development of software tools allowing customization.

What you’ll do:

Strategic HR Support to entrusted departments: 

  • Work closely with managers and team leaders in order to understand team dynamics and priorities; supporting, coaching and mentoring them as needed through any challenges
  • Collaborate with and provide strategic guidance to leadership to align HR strategies to the company’s objectives

Learning and Development:

  • Drive the creation and implementation of L&D for the entire company, establishing L&D activities within entrusted departments
  • Coordinate and collaborate with managers on adaptation plans (prior to join dates) and probation period assessments, as well as insights for further developments or potential dismissals

Performance Management:

  • Oversee and support managers in the performance management process; performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, improvement plans

Global HR Operations:

  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and programs
  • Stay informed about global HR trends and legal requirements to ensure compliance
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Cooperate with other HRBPs to conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement

Special Projects:

  • Develop and work on special and cross-functional projects as identified.
  • Set up employee recognition programs, including tracking, sharing, and celebrating achievements globally

Requirements

This role would suit someone with some experience as a HRBP in a mid-sized organization that is looking for more experience, challenging projects and strategic focus at this level.

The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in shaping the company’s culture and ensuring the overall success of all HR initiatives. As a strategic thinker, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams globally, you will thrive with us.

What we need:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a HR Business Partner, preferably within a software, hardware, IT or complex technical multinational organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly collaborative, with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; resourceful and inventive, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, bring self-motivated and independent, with a proactive and hands-on approach

What we’d love you to have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
  • Experience working with diverse, global teams and understanding the cultural nuances of HR practices worldwide
