Comcores Aps in Lyngby is looking for a dynamic Head of Finance & Administration with a hands-on approach.

Comcores is an international Engineering company in heavy growth and with high ambitions. We are looking for a Head of Finance & Administration, who is ready to take the responsibility for the future financial setup and take the lead in administrative processes. We expect you to manage the balance between strategic sparring with the CEO and an operational hand-on approach.

+40 employees are employed at Comcores, the majority at the headquarter in Lyngby, the rest in Katowice, Poland.

We see the position starting as part-time, approximately 1-2 days per week, with the opportunity to grow over time.

Job Content

You will take the lead and be responsible for all financial aspects (strategic and operational), payroll management and various ad-hoc administrative processes.

With focus on the financial responsibility, the task will include:

  • Book-keeping
  • Financial controlling
  • Monthly financial reporting including budget follow-up
  • Annual accounts
  • Payroll administration, holiday accounting, and reimbursement
  • Support Comcores managers with daily Finance and payroll-related processes
  • Reporting for public funded projects
  • Process optimization and maintenance
  • Various ad hoc tasks related to finance and administration in the company

The Preferred Candidate

The preferred candidate is enthusiastic and ambitious and can see him/her self in a smaller, but growing company where we join forces. The preferred candidate is not afraid of taking the needed responsibility for the tasks that appear and can see his/her responsibility and impact grow concurrently with the company’s success.

The preferred candidate is expected to have:

  • Financial educational background, e.g. HD-R / BSc Acc. preferable with experience from a similar role
  • Flair for financial and HR tools (we use Uniconta, Zenegy, etc.)
  • Preferable some experience from an international company with more sites
  • Knowledge with administrative processes, such as GDPR, Employee contracts and like
  • Consciousness about quality and deadlines
  • Can-do attitude to handle unexpected ad-hoc tasks
  • Speak and write English fluently
