  • You are the disciplinary and professional manager of your employees 
  • You take over the operational planning of personnel, material and machines from an economic point of view
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for the performance, costs and key figures of the area of ​​responsibility
  • You are responsible for ensuring readiness for delivery to the customer (internal/external).
  • Cooperation in cross-departmental teams with quality, development and production planning is a matter of course in this function
  • You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of processes within the department
  • The production program planning as well as the coordination of internal and external service providers round off your task profile

  • You have successfully completed training (preferably master craftsman training) or several years of professional experience in the production environment
